• What is the Sushi River?

  A five-position, wavy conveyor-style table setup where custom rolls arrive at your guests. You choose the menu; we handle prep, flow, and breakdown.

• How many people do I need for a class?

  Interactive sushi classes require a minimum of eight guests so everyone gets hands-on time with the chef.

• Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

  Yes. The booking wizard asks about allergies, soy preferences, and (for the river) roll choices. We’ll confirm what we can do before you pay a deposit.
